Two-vehicle Crash Highway 128 & 850th Spring Valley

PRESS RELEASE
On Tuesday, December 1^st, 2020, at 8:04 a.m. the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 128 and 850^th Avenue Spring Valley, WI. in Spring Lake Township.

A 2010 Honda CRV operated by Jerry Larson, 82 years old from Spring Valley was traveling southbound on Highway 128 going to make a left hand turn onto 850^th Avenue. Mr. Larson turned in front of a northbound dump truck. The dump truck collided with Mr. Larson. The dump truck was operated by Kevin Larson 61 years old from Baldwin, WI. The morning sun is believed to be a factor in the crash.

Mr. Jerry Larson was transported from the scene to MAYO Hospital in Menomonie, WI by Spring Valley Area Ambulance Service with undetermined injuries

Assisting the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was Spring Valley Police Department and Spring Valley Area Ambulance Service.
