Great_Rivers_ConsortiumPierce County is one of 10 counties to make up the Great Rivers Consortium (GRC) to provide services to the most vulnerable and low-income individuals in our region. The Great Rivers Consortium (GRC), provides trained Economic Support Specialists to staff the Great Rivers Call Center. For general program information and inquires and/or to report a change, applicants and members should contact the Great Rivers Call Center at 1.888.283.0012 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., and Wednesday 8:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Changes can also be reported online via https://access.wi.gov.

Applicants and members should report changes, submit documentation, and send proof/verification to the Centralized Document Processing Unit (CDPU) by fax at 1.855.293.1822 using a coversheet called a Document Tracking Sheet (DTS) - individuals receive a Document Tracking Sheet (DTS) in the mail as part of a request for information, or they can obtain a DTS by logging into their ACCESS account at https://access.wi.gov and printing one. Members are encouraged to write their case number or ACCESS number on the first page of a fax.
