Ethics Board - § 24-12Creation and composition of Ethics Board.    Pursuant to § 19.59, Wis. Stats., there is created an Ethics Board (Board) consisting of five members who shall serve with compensation. The members of the Board of Ethics shall be residents of the county. No Board member shall be an elected county official or county employee. Further, no Board member shall be currently serving on any county committee or commission or board.  Each member shall be appointed by the County Board Chairman and subject to the confirmation of the County Board.
