At approximately 3:33 pm, the Pierce County Sheriff's Office was notified of an ATV accident with injuries at a private residence in River Falls Township.
On Wednesday September 13th, 2023 at approximately 3:33 pm, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of an ATV accident with injuries at a private residence in River Falls Township.
It was determined that a 2001 Kawasaki ATV being operated by a Douglas Greene, 55 years old from River Falls, WI was traveling on private property when it rolled down an embankment trapping Mr. Greene underneath the machine. Mr. Greene was pronounced deceased on scene by the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Allina EMS, River Falls Fire Department, River Falls Police Department and the WI Department of Natural Resources. For full Media Release please click Here.
