On Sunday July 16th, 2023 at approximately 2:51 am, the Pierce County Sheriff's Office attempted a traffic stop on a 2012 GMC Yukon and initiated a pursuit near the intersection of County Road QQ and State Highway 35 in Oak Grove Township.

The vehicle lost control a short time after the pursuit and was involved in an accident on State Road 35
near 468th Avenue. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Deandre Amaud Harrington, 29 years
old from Columbia Heights, MN and was apprehend a short time later.
Mr. Harrington was transported from the scene by Allina EMS to the River Falls Area Hospital with
undetermined injuries.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Prescott Police Department, Prescott
Fire Department and Allina EMS.
