Motorcycle versus pick-up truck crash with injury on Highway 29 about ½ mile east of Highway 65 River Falls, WI in River Falls Township.  

On Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 at 5:48 pm, The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motorcycle versus pick-up truck crash with injury on Highway 29 about ½ mile east of Highway 65 River Falls, WI in River Falls Township.  

It was determined a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Scott Reuter, 61 years old from River Falls WI was traveling eastbound on Highway 29. Mr. Reuter was slowing to make a left hand turn into a private driveway. While doing so, a 2007 Victory motorcycle, also traveling eastbound, operated by Dylan Sonday, 18 from Woodville WI attempted to pass Mr. Reuter on the left. Mr. Sonday had struck Mr. Reuters pick-up truck and then left the roadway and struck a street sign.

Mr. Sonday was transported from the scene by Allina Ambulance Service to the River Falls Area Hospital in River Falls, WI with undetermined injuries.

Assisting the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was River Falls Fire Department and Allina Ambulance Service.
