Single motorcycle crash on State Highway 29 near 690th Avenue River Falls, WI in Clifton Township.

On Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 at about 4:33 p.m., the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a single motorcycle crash on State Highway 29 near 690th Avenue River Falls, WI in Clifton Township.
It was determined Matthew Thomas, 53 years old from South Range WI, was operating a 2007 Harley-Davidson Eastbound on Highway 29. When he lost control of his motorcycle and entered the South ditch.
Mr. Thomas was transported from the scene by Allina Health Ambulance Service to Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN with undetermined injuries.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Allina Health Ambulance Service, Prescott Fire and Prescott Police Department.
