One vehicle rollover on Highway 65 and County Road J Ellsworth, WI in Ellsworth Township.

On Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 at about 4:55 pm, The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a one vehicle rollover on Highway 65 and County Road J Ellsworth, WI in Ellsworth Township.
Gerald Pieper, 75 years old from Ellsworth, WI was operating a 2011 Peterbilt fertilizer truck northbound on Highway 65 when he attempted to turn eastbound on County Road J, and the truck rolled on its side. Mr. Pieper was extricated from the vehicle and transported from the scene by Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service to Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN with underdetermined injuries.
Assisting the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office on scene was Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service and Ellsworth Fire Department.
