One vehicle crash with injury on County Road U near 220th Avenue Plum City, WI in Union Township

On Sunday, June 27^th, 2021 at about 8:28 pm, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a one vehicle crash with injury on County Road U near 220^th Avenue Plum City, WI in Union Township.

It was determined a 2003 Mazda 6 traveling southbound on County Road U being operated by Jake King, 33 years old from Plum City, WI, crossed left of center in the opposite lane of traffic and down an embankment in the east ditch and overturned. 

Mr. King was transported from the scene by Plum City Area Ambulance Service to MAYO Hospital in Red Wing, MN.   

Assisting the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was Plum City Area Ambulance Service and the Plum City Fire Department.
