Land Management- Office Specialist

Purpose of Position

Under the general supervision of the Office Manager provides technical assistance, administrative support, clerical service, and works with the public in the Land Management Department regarding zoning and the sanitary system issues.  Assists with program coordination and office activities. Work involves thorough familiarity with the regulations, policies and procedures of the Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of two years experience in a position that includes, typing, filing, use of phone and personal computer.  Proficient computer skills using Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher and Internet Explorer.

This position is a PT 17.5 per week  (3.5 hours per day).  Starting Salary $18.99-$19.97 per per hour (Depending of qualifications )
