HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT SUMMER HELP:
Pierce County Highway Dept. is seeking to hire summer students to help with various work within the highway department including but not limited to various labor and shop duties, engineering and project management duties, shop and grounds work.

Requirements:
Preferably attending or planning to attend a 2-yr technical college or 4-yr college. High School students will be considered. Must have a valid driver’s license.

40 hrs/ wk (4-10 hour days) from May/June – August, $16.09 per hr. Applicants must complete the Pierce County Employment Application, Highway
Skills Checklist, EOE form and Permission to Check Driving Record. EOE
