Single motor vehicle crash on Highway 63 near 490th Avenue Ellsworth, WI in Trimbelle Township.

On Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 at about 7:37 a.m., the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a single motor vehicle crash on Highway 63 near 490th Avenue Ellsworth, WI in Trimbelle Township.
It was determined William Stiedemann, 79 years old from Boyceville WI, was operating a 2019 Dodge Caravan Northbound on Highway 63 when he fell asleep causing his vehicle to enter the West ditch and then drove over a driveway before coming to rest.
Mr. Stiedemann was transported from the scene by Ellsworth Area Ambulance to Mayo Hospital in Red Wing, MN with undetermined injuries.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Ellsworth Area Ambulance and Ellsworth Fire Department.
