Two-vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. Highway 63 at State Highway 29 the north intersection in Martell Township. 

On Friday, October 15th, 2021 at 3:20 pm, The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a two-vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. Highway 63 at State Highway 29 the north intersection in Martell Township.

It was determined that Trevor Tuenge 19 years old from Elmwood, WI was operating a 2012 Chevrolet Impala traveling east bound on State Highway 29 when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a vehicle traveling south bound on U.S. Highway 63.  The operator of that vehicle was Michele Goblirsch 53 years old from Hudson, WI and was operating a 2016 Kia Forte.

Mrs. Goblirsch was transported from the scene by Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service to Western Wisconsin Health Hospital in Baldwin, WI with undetermined injuries.

Mr. Tuenge was transported from the scene by Spring Valley Area Ambulance Service to Western Wisconsin Health Hospital in Baldwin, WI with undetermined injuries.

Assisting the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service, Spring Valley Area Ambulance Service and Ellsworth Fire Department.
