Agenda, minutes of the 2022 annual meeting, 2022 Treasurer’s financial report, 2022 Clerks financial report, reports from the Town Chairperson, set the 2023 annual meeting date to be held in 2024. Any new business permitted by law.

The Trenton Town board is looking for citizen members interested in serving on the Town Plan Commission. Citizen members are appointed for three year staggered terms. The Town Plan Commission serves a vital role in first level oversight over the administration of the Town's Subdivision Ordinance and Land Use Issues. This term will be to finish the term vacated by Bryan Reuvers, a monthly meeting is required.

The Town of Trenton is located in the southern edge of Pierce County, Wisconsin along the Mississippi River. The Town is bordered by the Towns of Trimbelle, Diamond Bluff, Hartland, and Isabelle. The Town of Trenton is a rural township with a mix of farmland, woodland, and creeks. Its primary industry is manufacturing along with agriculture, which includes dairy, beef, and crop farms. The Town of Trenton has a large industrial area located along the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe rail line on the southern end of the township. Businesses include marinas, boating, taverns, and convenience stores.
TOWN MEETINGS
Detailed notices of meetings held in the Town of Trenton are published in the Pierce County Journal. Agendas are posted at the town hall, the Hager City Post Office, and 63-Express.
Residents are encouraged to attend the town of Trenton meetings. Regular monthly meetings for the Town Board are normally held at the Town Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. If there's something you wish to discuss at the meeting, please contact the Town Clerk 14 days prior to the meeting so it can be properly placed on the agenda.
The Town Plan Commission meets at the town hall on the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. If there's something you wish to disucss at the meeting, please contact the Chairperson of the planning commission 14 days prior to the meeting so it can be properly placed on the agenda.
The Plan Commission has been working on a Comprehensive plan update. Please look forward to a survey coming from your Plan Commission.
Effective in 2013, the annual meeting will be held the third Tuesday in April. At this meeting the resident of the town:
- Review the prior year financial report
- Hear the prior year and current year road work report
- Set the date for the next annual meeting
- Express concerns within the township
The annual budget hearing/special town meeting is held in November. At this meeting the resident of the town:
- Approve the proposed budget for the next year
- Adopt the town tax levy
- Authorize highway expenditures
- May set the town board members salary for the next term
