Services & Fees
The Town of Spring Lake is served by the Elmwood Area Ambulance Service, the Elmwood Area Fire Department, the Spring Valley Area Ambulance and the Spring Valley Area Fire Department. All services are owned jointly by several municipalities and each year the Town is assessed operating fees for all services. Every response to a fire within the Town of Spring Lake is billed to the township. The township then bills the property owner. Every ambulance response is billed directly to the individual.
All Fire Department personnel, Emergency Medical Team and the first Responders are all volunteers. A SPECIAL THANK YOU to these volunteers who dedicate their time to help others.
