Zoning
On July 23, 2003, a new zoning map for Gilman Township was approved by the county board. The township is now comprised of parcels zoned General Rural or Primary Agriculture. General Rural allows 4 houses per 40 acres and Primary Agriculture allows 2 house per 40 acres. The new zoning map hangs on the east wall in the Town Hall.
