The second installment due no later then July 31st is payable to and collected by the Pierce County Treasurer, 414 W Main St., PO Box 87, Ellsworth, WI 54011. Failure to pay first installment on time results in losing the installment option and interest accruing at 1% per month. Failure to pay second installment on time results in interest accruing retroactive back to February, so on August 1st interest would be 7% and then accrual of 1% additional each month there after.
