Vendor Information
To be a commercial vendor at the Pierce County Fair, you can contact, the Commercial Exhibitors Coordinator, at 715-273-6874 or you may download the required forms.
If you are a food vendor, do not use these forms. It is necessary for you to call Liz Dietsche, the Fair Manager at 715-273-6874 for separate instructions.
All commercial vendors who participate in the 2022 fair have until May 1st of the current year's fair to reapply for their same spot back. Contracts are mailed to all the previous vendors mid-March of the current year. 2022 participants are given the first opportunity to renew their contract for this year's fair.
If you want to be considered for a potential opportunity, it is necessary for you to complete the required contract and return it back to the Pierce County Fair with the appropriate payment. Your application will be kept on a first-returned/first-placed list.
As soon as something becomes available, you would be notified. If the area you requested doesn't become available, your payment will be returned.
