It is the responsibility of the Pierce County
Sheriff’s Department to post and conduct foreclosure sales. The Sheriff’s Department does not hold any
keys or photos to the property. Sales
are held on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. at the entrance of the Pierce County
Courthouse, 414 W. Main Street. 10% down
payment is due immediately upon closure of the sale. These are public sales and anyone may submit
a bid, providing the successful bidder meets the terms of the sale. For more information, all sales are posted
inside the front entrance of the Pierce County Courthouse.
Sales may be cancelled at any time without prior
notice. It is the responsibility of
interested bidders to verify that a posted foreclosure sale will be held as
