All commercial vendors who participate in the previous years fair have until May 4th of the current year's fair to reapply for their same spot back. Contracts are mailed to all the previous vendors mid-March of the current year. Last year's participants are given the first opportunity to renew their contract for this year's fair.
If you want to be considered if a spot becomes available, it is necessary for you to complete the required contract and return it back to the Pierce County Fair with the appropriate payment. Your application will be kept on a first-returned/first-placed list. As soon as something becomes available, you would be notified. If the area you requested doesn't become available, your payment would be returned.
