There are two options to Access Real Estate Records in Pierce County
Option 1) Tapestry is for the occasional user.
Tapestry is an Internet access program designed for the occasional user who has some understanding of real estate documents. Tapestry offers access to real estate documents recorded in Pierce County. Since fees are assessed to pay for support and maintenance of the system you will need a credit card to use this. Option 2) Laredo is for the daily, local professional user.
Laredo is an Internet access program designed for title insurance firms and other real estate-related firms that need access daily to the land records in the Pierce County Register of Deeds office. If your real estate-related firm needs only occasional access, or if your computer expertise is limited, please consider using Tapestry instead. Fees are assessed to pay for support and maintenance of the Laredo system. The fees charged to use Laredo are $250 per month per user and $125 per month for each additional user from the same company.
