Pierce County Fair – Office Specialist:   Under the supervision of the Fair Manager, this position provides administrative and clerical support to coordinate and promote Fair Department activities.  Must have the ability to mulit-task while providing excellent customer service and complete all required duties timely in a fast paced environment. Must have High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years previous experience in a position that includes bookkeeping, typing, filing, use of phone, printer, copierand personal computer.  Strong computer skills using Windows, MicrosoftWord, Excel, Office Access, Publisher, Power Point and Internet Explorer required. Public Health Nurse Manager - Pierce County Public Health Department is seeking a FT 40 hrs. /week Nurse Manager.  This position will serve on the department’s leadership team. The purpose of this position is to assess, plan, direct, implement, evaluate and supervise public health nursing programs and services, including home health care, reproductive health, immunizations, and other programs as assigned. This position will also serve as Home Health Administrator.  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 3-5 years of public health nursing or clinical nursing experience. Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Wisconsin.  Knowledge of public health standards. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license.  Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Public Health or Related Discipline. Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response. Experience with quality improvement and performance management. File by 3:00 p.m. November 8, 2018. Please note this position will have a start date on or after January 2, 2019. EOE
