Pierce County POLICY: Board Members as Advocates
Board members for the Pierce County Department of Human Services shall take an active role in promoting the services and programs of the Department.
The Director will bring opportunities for board member advocacy to the Board. The Director will make available to each board member a supply of Department brochures or other materials about the Department’s services and programs.
