Pierce County POLICY: Meetings by Conference Call
As allowed under Robert’s Rules of Order and Wisconsin Statute regarding open meetings a board member may attend a Pierce County Department of Human Services Board meeting through the use of telephone conference calling. A board member may participate via telephone conference calling for any meeting, including a closed session of a meeting. Use of telephone conference calling must assure that all persons present at the meeting, including the media and general public, can hear the person speaking by telephone.
