If you are looking for the best entertainment value 
    of the summer, the place to be in August is 
   The Pierce County Fair
. The fair packs hundreds of 
    exhibits, educational opportunities and top-notch
    entertainment into these four days. Each day at the 
    Family Entertainment Tent
, every hour on the hour, 
    fairgoers of all ages will find a unique, exciting
    variety of entertainment that is sure to delight and
    surprise them. From toe tappin' music, to a magician
    we are sure you will be pleased.  Nights in the
    fairgrounds are filled with the bright lights and unique
    excitement only the Carnival Midway brings while the
   Grandstand
 
echoes with the sound of power from the
    truck and tractor pull. 

    Saturday night at the fair can mean only one thing,
  Demo Derby!
  But come early as this event always sells
   out. Of course this is just a small sampling of what
   you'll find at the Pierce County Fair.  
    In addition to over $25,000 in free, professional
   entertainment, the fair hosts more than 100 commercial
   exhibitors and over 9,000 contest entries.  You could
   spend all  day browsing, shopping or simply enjoying
   the handiwork of Pierce County's talented residents.
